SKWIM is a fun, play-based water-safety program teaching progressive junior lifesaving and water-survival skills to ages 6 and up. SKWIM certifies players at progressive water-safety levels 1 through 5 (5 = Lifeguard Certification), based on International SKWIM Certification - Response, Endurance, and Distance Standards.
